What happens on the discovery call

15 minutes. No slides. No pitch deck. Here's the exact agenda:

Your current outbound stack. What tools you have, what's working, what's not. I look at reply rates, open rates, and where emails are going (inbox vs spam). Takes 3 minutes.

Your ICP. Who you're targeting — industry, company size, job title, geography, deal size. This determines whether the system can work for your business. If your ACV is under $3K or you're B2C, I'll tell you right now before you spend anything.
3.
The audit. I'll identify 2–4 specific gaps in your current setup: enrichment coverage, opener quality, deliverability issues, ICP precision. You leave with actionable fixes regardless of whether we work together.
