Refund Policy

Last updated: May 1, 2026 · Please read before purchasing any Breculia AI outbound operator service.

Summary: The $1,500 setup fee is non-refundable once build work begins (within 48h of payment). Monthly retainers (Managed $1,000/mo, Growth $2,500/mo) are non-refundable for the current billing period but cancel-anytime with 7 days notice. Month 2 is protected by our 30-Day Improvement Guarantee on the Managed plan. All payments via Xflow (ACH bank transfer).

1. One-Time Setup Fee ($1,500)

The setup fee covers real operator time and enrichment costs incurred on your behalf: Clay waterfall table construction, Apollo + Hunter + Prospeo enrichment across 500 leads, Instantly campaign configuration with domain warmup, AI-personalized opener writing, and a 20-minute Loom walkthrough delivery. Because this work begins within 48 hours of payment:

If the outbound system delivers fewer than 5 positive replies within the first 30 calendar days of campaign go-live, you may request Month 2 at no charge. To qualify:

Email founder@breculia.tech with subject line "Refund Request — [Your Business Name]" and include your Xflow transaction reference and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days via Xflow ACH refund to the originating bank account.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact founder@breculia.tech before initiating a dispute through your bank or Xflow. We resolve all billing disputes promptly — most within 2 business days.

ACH disputes initiated without prior written communication to Breculia AI will result in immediate service suspension. Any Xflow processing or reversal fees incurred due to a retracted, failed, or fraudulent ACH dispute are the responsibility of the client.

This policy is governed by the laws of India (Chennai, Tamil Nadu). For US clients, disputes follow the resolution process outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
