Agreement: By booking a demo, completing payment, or using any Breculia AI service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them before proceeding.
"Breculia AI" is an AI services venture operated by Rishe S, based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, providing 24/7 AI voice receptionist and automation services to home service businesses in the United States.
Service Provider: You are entering into a service agreement with Rishe S, operating under the trade name "Breculia AI," Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
"Client," "you," or "your" refers to the business or individual purchasing Breculia AI services.
"Services" refers to the AI voice receptionist setup, automation workflows, integrations, and ongoing support described in your Service Agreement.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Breculia AI. You accept them when you:
Services begin only after both conditions are met: Service Agreement signed by both parties AND first month's retainer payment confirmed via Xflow.
After payment, Client must complete within 3 hours:
Deployment is guaranteed within 3 hours of onboarding completion. Delays in submitting onboarding information extend this timeline proportionally.
At go-live, Breculia AI provides a dedicated NYC area code number. Client forwards their existing business line to this number, or updates their Google Business Profile.
Founding Client Offer: Setup fee is $0 for the first 10 clients. Standard setup fee of $997 applies from client 11 onwards.
The standard $997 setup fee covers dedicated phone number provisioning via Twilio, custom n8n automation workflow build and configuration, Retell AI agent setup and voice training for your specific business, end-to-end testing on your live call flow, and white-glove 3-hour deployment. These costs are incurred on your behalf regardless of whether you continue after launch.

Billed on the same date each month as the original payment. Payment due within 7 days of invoice.

Usage beyond the included 600 minutes (~220 calls) is billed at $0.6/minute. Overages are calculated monthly and added to the following month's Xflow invoice. If you are consistently hitting the limit, contact us — we will discuss your volume needs directly rather than letting costs spike unexpectedly. Monthly usage reports provided on request.
All pricing is in USD. The only accepted payment method is:
Not accepted: Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, wire transfer, cryptocurrency, checks, or cash. Payments sent via any other method cannot be processed and will be returned. Service will not be activated or renewed until a valid Xflow ACH payment is confirmed.
All fees are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Services rendered from India to US clients are classified as export of services under Indian GST law (zero-rated). Client is responsible for any taxes applicable in their own jurisdiction.
Breculia AI may terminate with 30 days notice for any reason, or immediately if:
If a setup fee is paid, it is fully refundable only if requested before any deployment work begins — meaning before the AI agent is configured, the onboarding form is submitted, or a phone number is provisioned. Once any of these steps begin, the setup fee is non-refundable.
Non-refundable, including partial months, except under the 30-Day ROI Guarantee below.
We survive on results. If the Breculia AI system fails to capture at least one valid emergency job within the first 30 days of go-live, Client may request a full free of the Month 2 retainer. To qualify:
Breculia AI generates text transcripts of calls (no audio recordings stored on Breculia AI servers — recordings are retained by Retell AI per their data policy). Transcripts are used for job card creation, logging, and service improvement.
By default, Emma states: "This call may be recorded for quality purposes." Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state call recording laws, including two-party consent states (CA, FL, IL, MD, MA, MI, MT, NV, NH, PA, WA). Client indemnifies Breculia AI for any claims arising from failure to comply.
All AI agent prompts, workflow logic, automation templates, and system architecture are the exclusive property of Breculia AI (Rishe S). Client owns their business data, customer records, and call logs generated during the service.
Client may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute Breculia AI's systems or methodologies.
Services are provided on a best-effort basis. Breculia AI does not guarantee 100% uptime, perfect AI responses, or specific revenue outcomes. Breculia AI is not liable for outages on third-party platforms (Retell AI, Twilio, Airtable, Xflow).
Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total monthly fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. Breculia AI is not liable for lost profits, lost customers, or consequential damages under any circumstances.
Breculia AI collects and processes only the data necessary to deliver services: business details, customer call data, and usage metrics. Data is shared only with the platforms required to operate the service (Retell AI for voice processing, Twilio for SMS and WhatsApp delivery, Airtable for call log storage, Xflow for payment processing). Data is never sold to third parties.

This agreement is governed by the laws of India (given Breculia AI operates from Chennai, Tamil Nadu). For clients in the US, both parties agree to resolve disputes first through good-faith negotiation (30 days), then mediation, then binding arbitration — all conducted virtually. Neither party may pursue class action claims against the other.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control (natural disasters, platform shutdowns, government restrictions, internet outages). If a force majeure event prevents service for 30+ consecutive days, either party may terminate without penalty and Client receives a prorated refund for unused service.
Breculia AI may update these Terms with 30 days written notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance. Price increases for existing clients are capped at 15% per year.
