1. Who We Are

Breculia AI is a Clay + Instantly outbound pipeline operator based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We build and manage automated B2B outbound systems for founders in the United States, enabling personalized email campaigns without hiring SDRs. Contact: founder@breculia.tech

2. Information We Collect

From business clients (B2B):

• Business name, website, founder/CEO name and email
• ICP definition (target industry, company size, geography, job titles)
• Deal size, current outbound tool stack, and onboarding form responses
• Clay and Instantly account access credentials (editor/operator access only)
• Payment information (processed via Xflow ACH transfer — we do not store bank account details on our servers)

Prospect data (enriched on behalf of clients):

• Business contact data: first name, last name, work email, company name, job title, LinkedIn URL
• Company data: website, funding stage, employee count, tech stack signals
• This data lives in the Client's own Clay account and Instantly sending campaigns — Breculia AI does not store it on separate servers

From website visitors:

• Standard web analytics (page views, referral source) via GitHub Pages hosting
• Calendar booking data when you schedule a discovery call via Cal.com

3. How We Use Your Information

• To build and configure outbound systems in your Clay and Instantly accounts
• To enrich prospect lists with data from Apollo, Hunter, and Prospeo on your behalf
• To write AI-personalized email openers and manage campaign copy
• To deliver weekly management outputs: lead refreshes, performance reports, A/B test results
• To invoice and process payments via Xflow (ACH transfer)
• To respond to support requests and onboarding communications

We do not use client or prospect data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the agreed outbound operator service.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

• Clay — Lead enrichment and waterfall data table platform (Client's account). Privacy Policy
• Apollo.io — Primary B2B contact enrichment source. Privacy Policy
• Hunter.io — Email discovery and verification fallback. Privacy Policy
• Prospeo — Email enrichment fallback. Privacy Policy
• Instantly — Cold email sending and campaign management (Client's account). Privacy Policy
• Smartlead — Backup email sending platform (where applicable). Privacy Policy
• Xflow — Payment processing (ACH bank transfer). Privacy Policy
• Airtable — Internal project tracking and client deliverables. Privacy Policy
• Cal.com — Discovery call booking. Privacy Policy
• Notion — Internal workflow documentation. Privacy Policy

All third-party services are industry-standard. Prospect data enriched via Apollo, Hunter, and Prospeo is processed within the Client's own Clay account and is not additionally stored on Breculia AI infrastructure.

5. Data Retention

• Prospect and campaign data: lives in Client's Clay and Instantly accounts; Breculia AI does not retain copies after engagement ends
• Client onboarding data (ICP briefs, emails): retained for the duration of the service agreement + 90 days post-cancellation
• Invoice and payment records: retained for 7 years per standard accounting requirements
• Upon written request, we confirm deletion of any Breculia AI-side operational records within 30 days

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures: SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, OAuth 2.0 for Clay and Instantly account access (we never store your platform passwords), and access controls limiting Clay/Instantly credentials to the active project operator only. Access is revoked within 24 hours of service cancellation.

7. Prospect Data & CAN-SPAM / GDPR

Breculia AI enriches and contacts B2B professionals (business contacts) on behalf of clients. All outreach is sent from Client's Instantly account. Clients are responsible for ensuring their outreach complies with CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), and GDPR (EU) as applicable to their target geographies. Breculia AI targets US B2B contacts by default; any international targeting requires explicit Client instruction and compliance confirmation.

8. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

If you are a website visitor or prospective client located in the EU or California, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Request data portability
