1. Who We Are
Breculia AI is operated by Rishe S, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We provide AI-driven voice reception and automation services to plumbing businesses primarily in New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island). Contact: founder@breculia.tech
2. Information We Collect
From business clients (B2B):
- Business name, address, phone number, email
- Owner and staff contact details for emergency escalation
- Onboarding form responses submitted via Google Forms
- Payment information (processed via Xflow ACH — we do not store bank details on our servers)
From callers (end customers of our clients):
- Name, phone number, address, service request details
- Call transcripts (stored in Google Sheets, accessible to the client)
- Appointment window data synchronised to the client's Google Calendar
From website visitors:
- Standard web analytics (page views, referral source) via GitHub Pages
- Google Calendar booking data when you schedule a demo
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver and manage the AI voice receptionist service
- To log job details and send confirmations on behalf of clients
- To send immediate emergency alerts (SMS/WhatsApp) to client owners
- To respond to support requests and onboarding communications
- To invoice and process payments
We do not use caller data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the service.
4. Third-Party Services We Use
- Retell AI — Voice AI platform (processes call audio and generates transcripts). Privacy Policy
- Twilio — Telephony, SMS, and WhatsApp delivery. Privacy Policy
- Airtable — Appointment window synchronisation. Privacy Policy
- DigitalOcean — Secure server hosting (n8n automation instance). Privacy Policy
- n8n — Workflow automation (self-hosted on DigitalOcean)
- Xflow — Payment processing and USD remittance. Privacy Policy
All third-party services are industry-standard and GDPR-aware. Caller data transmitted to these services is limited to what is necessary for service delivery.
5. Data Retention
- Call transcripts and logs: retained for 12 months, then deleted unless client requests otherwise
- Client business data: retained for the duration of the service agreement + 90 days post-cancellation
- Upon written request, we provide all stored data in CSV format within 14 days
- Upon written request, we delete all stored data within 30 days (except where legally required to retain)
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, OAuth 2.0 for third-party integrations (meaning we never see or store your passwords), and isolated Docker environments for our self-hosted automation workflows on DigitalOcean.
7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
If you are located in the EU or California, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Request data portability
